e5 Wellbeing Hub is an online store exclusively for the employees of our enterprise customers. Please contact your company for more details.
Orders
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
No. Customer cannot modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. We suggest you double-check your order before proceeding to checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
Please refer to the estimated delivery date/time and contact information on the product page of each item. If you do not receive your order within the specified time, please do not hesitate to contact the store vendor.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept Health Credit and Visa/Master Card payment.
What is Health Credit?
Health Credit is a designated payment method provided by e5Talent Shop and assigned by your employer.
How to pay with Health Credit?
During the checkout process, you can pay with your assigned Health Credit and/or a Visa or MasterCard to redeem goods and services.
If your assigned Health Credit is insufficient to cover the full amount, you can use Visa or Master Card to pay the remaining balance. The conversion rate is 1 Health Credit = HK$1). Transactions must be made in whole-number blocks; partial use of a Health Credit (pro-rata) is now allowed.

Assigned Health Credit: 1,000
Checkout amount: HK$1,200
Payment: 1,000 Health Credit + HK$200 via Visa or MasterCard

Delivery type
Each Store Vendor has a different delivery arrangement. Physical items will be delivered to the customer’s company address. Service, such as body check packages, will be redeemed at the specific address. Please refer to the product page of each item.

All products purchased from the e5Talent Shop are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If there is a quality issue, please contact the store vendor directly. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
